This Monday, March 25th from 1-2:30 PM speaker Loretta Davis, MSA, President and CEO of the Institute for Population Health (IPH) will talk about the implications of the newly established IPH and how it will work to meet the public health needs of Detroiters. This talk will be held in Room 3755 of SPH I (map).

The IPH was established in 2012 as a non-profit organization to improve the public’s health, by fostering innovation, leveraging resources, and building partnerships across sectors with government agencies, communities, the healthcare delivery system, media and academia. IPH works in partnership with the Detroit Department of Health and Wellness Promotion that retains Detroit’s legal public health authority.
