Cancer survivors, family, friends, and health care providers are invited to join in the 19th annual Survivor’s Day Celebration this Sunday, June 9th from 1 PM- 3PM at the Washtenaw Community College Morris Lawrence Building (map).
Keynote speaker, Dr. Paul McGhee, PhD will examine how humor contributes to health and how his 7 Humor Habits Program can help you cope with the stress of learning to live with, and beyond cancer. Dr. McGhee is president of The Laughter Remedy, pioneering humor researcher, and author of Humor: The Lighter Path to Resilience and Health as well as many other articles and publications. His keynote is titled “Humor Your Tumor.”
